Which Premiere Pro version do I need?
Premiere Pro 26.0 or newer. The tools are built and tested against that version, and each product page lists the exact minimum so you're never guessing. You'll also need Creative Cloud Desktop, which you already have if you run Premiere.
How does the 1-click install work?
You download a single .ccx file, double-click it, and Creative Cloud installs the panel for you. That's it. No clunky .zxp installer like a lot of other plugins still use, no copying files into hidden folders by hand. It shows up in Premiere under the Window menu, ready to go.
Mac or Windows?
Both. The same .ccx installs on Mac and Windows through Creative Cloud. Whatever you cut on, you're covered.
What if I already use a .zxp installer for other plugins?
You won't need it for these. The old .zxp route means downloading a separate installer app and pointing it at a file. These tools skip all of that: the .ccx installs straight through Creative Cloud in one click, and if you ever want one gone it uninstalls clean from the same place.
Can I use these on paid client work?
Yes. Your license covers commercial use on client projects, YouTube, ads, weddings, all of it. You just can't resell or redistribute the plugins themselves as your own product.
Do I get free updates?
Yes. When a plugin gets updated or fixed for a new Premiere version, you get the new files free. Buy once, keep getting the improvements.
What's the refund policy?
These are instant digital downloads, so once it's on your machine it can't really be returned. If a file is broken or won't install, message support and it gets fixed or refunded. No fight.
How do I get support if something breaks?
Email support with your order and the issue. You're talking to the same editor who makes the tutorials, not a faceless ticket bot. Real answer, fast, no fluff.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once for the plugin and it's yours. No monthly fee, no plan to cancel, no surprise charge six months from now. You already pay Adobe enough.
