Short version: we collect the minimum needed to deliver your download and receipt, we never sell your data, and this website runs no advertising or analytics trackers.
Who we are
Annoyed Editor is a store selling one-click Adobe Premiere Pro plugins. It is operated by SolidMotion, a business based in the Netherlands. For any privacy question, email info@solidmotion.nl.
What we collect and why
- Order details. When you buy, our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Creem, collects your email address, name and payment details to process the payment, send your receipt and deliver your download. Card details go straight to Creem and its payment processors: we never see or store your full card number.
- Support messages. If you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can actually help you.
- No site trackers. This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party tracking scripts. The only cookies that may appear are the functional ones Creem's checkout needs once you start a purchase.
How we use your data
Only to deliver the product, provide receipts and support, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone.
Who processes it
Creem acts as Merchant of Record and handles payments, billing, tax and delivery under its own privacy policy. We also use standard email and hosting providers to run the store. That's it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its processing. Email info@solidmotion.nl and we'll sort it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
How long we keep it
Order and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to help you.
