These terms cover buying and using Annoyed Editor plugins. Buy once, own it, use it in your work. Just don't resell or redistribute the files.
Who we are
Annoyed Editor is operated by SolidMotion, a business based in the Netherlands. Contact: info@solidmotion.nl.
The products
We sell one-time digital downloads: plugins for Adobe Premiere Pro, delivered as .ccx files. Each product page states the minimum Premiere Pro version it needs (for example Premiere Pro 26.0+ for Nest + Warp, or 25.6+ plus Adobe Media Encoder for Marker Export). It's a one-time purchase with free updates, no subscription.
Payments and Merchant of Record
Purchases are sold and processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. That means Creem handles the checkout, billing, invoicing and VAT/sales tax, and Creem's terms also apply to the transaction. We remain responsible for the plugin itself and for supporting it.
Your license
When you buy a plugin, you get a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it in your own personal and commercial editing work, on machines you own or control. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or publish the plugin files, and you may not claim them as your own. The plugin, its code and its branding stay our property.
Delivery
Everything is digital and delivered instantly by download and email after payment. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped.
Warranty and liability
The plugins are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them running on the supported Premiere Pro versions, but we can't guarantee compatibility with every setup, beta build or future Adobe change. Always save your project before running any tool. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Short version: if a plugin doesn't work as described, we fix it or refund it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Mandatory EU and Dutch consumer protections still apply where relevant.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
